    I don't really understand your line of thinking.

    If a company were wanting to attract a TO offer, wouldn't they be going hard on the PR and marketing?

    And wouldn't they want the SP as high as possible to ensure a fair price, rather than a bargain price?

    Personally, I hope SE1 stays in the hands of ASX investors and goes on to become a leader in it's field with a MC to match.
