re: Ann: ORG: Origin acquires 180MW longterm ... In a declinging global market, The owners of any Power Purchase Agreement PPA would have the responsibility to sell the output. They would normally be under a take or pay from the owner of the plant as well.
The down side risk is you have to buy the power whether you like it or not but then you may not be able to sell all of it into a declining market.
