It needs a new name to double in price IMHO. Anything associated with Queensland at the moment, is tinged with credit risk given the QUeensland Government failing to pay $86 million AUD in cash to NSW.
That is weighing the SP down and BOQ simply needs to get a new name and move from its Queensland base which is letting the business model down big time IMHO.
