    These are the only figure that matters.

    IOU shares = 550 mil
    IOU cash = circa $60mil
    IOU sp = circa 60c

    PIL shares = 1500 mil with many hundred million more to be issued
    pIL cash = less than $2mil
    PIL sp = 3c

    In fintech if you wanna grow you need shit ton of cash or you get swept aside mate.
