Upon some explorers finding gold shoots their SP upwards without a plant and without all the scrutiny. Perhaps RVR should have tenements in WA with a few hits at finding gold and exploding the SP - maybe the lady reporter was intuitive by thinking Hillgrove was located in WA. Then go back to the markets for funds building a plant from scratch for over $100 mill. The market will go ballistic even with all that debt or dilution as there would be no skeletons to contend with - only the uncertainty of ramping up and the other usual mining suspects of grades, recoveries and such like. But even with all that factored in, the SP would have been boosted even at that early stage and even with income afar off. Go figure.
