I hate the smell of Lily of the Valley. I love vanilla, lavender, citrus, eucalyptus, but not altogether, Geranium too. Citrus wakes you up but lavender makes you sleep. There is even an oil which enables you to cope with shopping at Chadstone! Sometimes I put a couple of drops of good quality essential oils in my lemon butter and cake but also the juice and the lemon zest. Not too much though as I may poison my guests.
