LOL Thought I would put some lamb shanks on while I wait for shade in the back yard to do a bit more work on the pond. Open the oven to grab the pyrex dish out and low and behold it's got cooked lamb shanks in it.
Seems I took it upon myself to prep and cook it last nigh and I can hardly remember doing it
