The Cudeco case was interesting, Cudeco won the battle with HC and a certain poster but lost the war as now the company is in administration , seen it happen in other cases to , where posters face defamation but the company eventually goes broke .
Point is negative comments should be listened to as much as positive comments , but negative posters due to Australian laws do face the possibility of defamation in certain instances ie direct personal attacks on directors capabilities where as in other countries that does not occur .
