So, it seems we also need to explain another simple principle that you dont appear to understand (based on your Qs).
Growth almost always depends on some prior expenditure, which in this case has included several executive positions.
Usually there is an agreed period after which the employee's position and performance is reviewed. That time is not usually a few months in the corporate world.
I know that seems obvious, but again it seems you dont understand certain basics of business operations.
