I don't think anyone would say MIX is a cornerstone investment for retirees, but I'm happy to stay in here post that announcement.
Cashflow positive, though capex clarity would be nice, and stabilisation of rent comments appreciated
Tenancy expiry risk mitigated of late, minor sale at BV and confirmation of interest all assists my decision.
