The perma-bulls read the flowery prose from PO in each Q, HY and AR. It excites them. This is the intention of the words. To dangle the carrot further and to distract from the abysmal numbers which always follow the nice words.
I doubt most of these people can actually make sense of the numbers.
I go straight to the numbers in each of these reports; they paint a picture which is far more accurate than the words.
The last numbers out of NOR HQ says it all. CR at 0.018. This is the historical all time low for NOR. Ouch!
