Balance sheet is going to look very strong after this deal closes. I figure they’ll have $45m cash, which will pay off the debt and leave them in a $14m net cash position. Probably get a further $10-$15m cash in Q1 too.
Cash post deal: $45m
Less debt: ($31m)
Add Q1 cash flow: $11m
Net Cash at 31 March: $25m
Remaining EMR payment: $5m
Con note: $36m
