Gents - it is not Pattersons.....its someone with his finger on this pulse and whom i trust and respect. In saying that there is no guarantee of a sale - realistic expectations however would be same as i've previously posted (i think) of around $1.20 - $1.50.
Technically I'm not sure how process works and maybe 'presenting' is not right description but thats how it was represented earlier this week to me.
