Yes it's been a great concept from the outset, Australia's leading financial conference and the fund management of HM1 has been impressive. NTA lagging the share price at the moment. But share price is steadily gaining which I like. Market Cap with time will cement it firmly on others radars, plus the ability to margin lend against it at 50% is quite telling. I've just picked up a few more for my SMSF and still amazed folks aren't cottoning on to this puppy.. I hope they stay away, while we can slowly continue to accumulate!
