Hi Theborder,
Feel your frustration,
in my view Elon Musk had money, brand and reputation when developing his Powerwall home batteries via his car enterprise. Redflow is just starting to build its brand and reputation. The last thing we want is full production on a sub standard Gen3. That would certainly kill the brand and reputation of Redflow and cost the company in fixing all the problems. I remember these same arguments 3 years ago, produce produce get them into the market at any cost
Simon said (lol) let’s get the product right before producing a shite load.
In terms of marketing, this bunch of installers seem to be doing a pretty good job for us at the moment. Granted some of our own communication looks a bit amateurish, but suspect that is cost driven. We just need to concentrate in providing a quality product that our installers will want to sell to make some coin and deliver on their customers needs. Word of mouth will be our best/worst friend that will drive our brand and reputation.
Just my own thoughts
