Hahahaha I find the hilarious what is going on. No cause for panic in my eyes. Went through some past posts last night and find that judging management on a failed well is pretty harsh. Granted some of you may have got your fingers burnt but complications in drilling are par for the course. We have had that crap happen to us heaps of times. Its all pretty standard. Last well we nearly washed a cave bigger than batmans as they were having huge losses due incorrect mud weight and pumping higher pressure and by the time they figured out they were washing out the hole it was almost to late. Or something to that effect. End result was loads of $$$ spent on cement and then redrill, etc etc and 1 month over due they got there. 1 out of 10 wells goes smoothly. Some may disagree but there are many many things that can cause hold ups and worst case scenario PA. The drill pipe we are using at the moment looks like it was dredged from a 1800's ship wreck but its still hangin in there. Seals on BOPs leaking pfft, drill bit changing pfft. If they were the only problems we'd be happy. Sounds like drilling out there is going extremely smooth. Dont be disappointed if wireline get stuck and they have to fly in a fishing expert to get it out..... 4 days the last one took us to get out. But if things keep trucking along as nice as they appear to be I would be very surprised if an announcement wasnt out Monday morning. Then I would say good luck trying to get on. Great one to hold over the weekend IMO to be loaded for the announcement should it be a cracker. I hate putting this at the bottom but DYORDH's ;) Have a nice weekend and a few beers for me...........
