I actually don't think the full affect of the price fall is diue to the sub holder selling down. I think when we had Scott B in charge he was lot more proactive in a number of ways that the current bunch aren't. I had 200k that I bought at around 19c and now only have 40k left as I have sold down and moved into other shares (mainly VMX and AIS. I managed to sell some at 77c (now what 52c) and bought into AIS at 8-9 c (now 13c), so for a number of sellers they are well up like me buy rotating into other shares. For me the AVA situation has been self perpetuating as the rest of the market has flown pat AVA and all the management team have done is extend their nose in the trough deal for services with no explanation and ongoing promises of trials for conveyor belts. The fact is that the high profits are as a result of Scott B restructuring the business, cutting costs to the bone and closing the Indian deal that had been out their for years going nowhere.

So my view is that management have a real issue now with credibility and for a number of us who knew Scott (from a distance) and how he ran the business we've all packed up our bags and moved onto greener fields. Will the price come back - possibly but they need to show how they will grow the business.

the final thing that put the nail in the coffin for me was the 2c dividend as it showed that the directors and leadership tea had no better ideas on how to grow our $ further so the best option they had was to give it back to us... If you were telstra or a near on monopoly in a mature sunset industry give it back to the pensioners who like regular dividends, but for gods sake we pay you good money to innovate and take risks to grow the business, but oh no instead you take the easy way and just send us a cheque. So am looking forward to my divi, but sold out most of mine a few days after the ex divi date as management no longer are focussed on what I want. Good luck to all current holders, still have 40k left just in case some left field deal comes into pay. Would probably buy back in at 45-47c as at that stage the conveyor belt stuff looks like a decent risk.
