Does anyone have insight into the current biases (if any) of the IPC? Have they been ideologically hijacked by the green-left?
Maybe coal is a different kettle of fish but it seems like IPC is perfectly happy to ignore a positive recommendation by DPIE

I just feel like I can't handicap the likelihood of an approval at all. Would appreciate any insights anyone can share on the process.
