They are getting 60% bought out and the buyers want the key people, contacts, systems and infrastructure that AMP has and are prepared to pay for it.

Once they do this, these guys will raise $Billions and go hard. Plus the synergies will reduce costs and the economies of scale will reap the rewards for us all. Cost of funds will be less and % of profit will begin showing gain within the first 2 years. Within 4-6 quarters we will begin hearing of the major successes this JV has created, both in global footprint expansion (scale and volume) and cost synergy benefits.
