EXT shares the same risk, but is comforted by being wrapped around with RIO.

Subject: EXT v. BMN
Peter,
Please enlighten me as to why BMN, in Namibia, has political risk, while EXT, in Namibia, Rio's Rossing Mine, in Namibia do not?
Not to mention one of the newest uranium mines in the world, Langer Heinrich owned by PDN, has recently opened nearby. Namibia is way more uranium friendly than most Australian states.
