I wouldn't stress too much about the current indicative price atm, details are yet to be released and therefore an informed price can't be calculated. Indicative prices can also be manipulated, saw a lot of this at pre-open with zip over last two weeks
I too am hoping for good news, however, has been a tad disappointing over last 3 months.
