apologies if this has been asked earlier, does anyone have a realistic guess on when US listing might happen ?

Researching similar stocks, it took some 6 months while others only 2 months. The announcement about US listing says that the decision to list iis the result of ongoing talks with Eddie Sugar since long time, his stocks are already issued.
