a. 2.8B shares on issue
b. 500 to 600m shares are held by management and soph investors.
c. Around 2.2b shares on public offer. Not a concern at all. A modest fig by all means plus the project has been de risked significantly.
look at IO share LCY.asx. 6 billion SOI, went to 6 to 7 cents and came back. If you wanna laugh look at a gold stock CLZ, 18B SOI. Basically they r issuing shares to even those contractors who are fixing water tap/plumbing works at directors home. Hahahaha. Dun worry about it bro at this stage.
