    Buni,

the very nature of your post, implies that you expect INT to go higher. So you are allowed to change your mind about the future of the company but other cant?

Well your tone has certinaly done a complete turn about since the start of the year.

Go back and re-read some of your and my posts since January...I certainly did. It makes for interesting reading.

In January, I replied to you with my view on my shareholding as follows:

"I am not a spokesperson for INT. I have invested a substantial amount of my money into this business over the last 5 years.

Some investors do some research, buy a stock, then hold onto it for ever...in the hope that it goes up. Others buy, look for a certain percentage gain, and once reached....sell out.

I bought into INT 5 years ago for a number of reasons. None of them eventuated.....not one. At the time, the company contracted to buy Email's metering business for $50m. The deal fell over because management could not get the finance organised on time. Bayard was just starting out, and bought the business instead.....boy did I back the wrong aussie company.

The next set of management, made lots of promises....with no results. Then came the great restructure, management in/management out. And here we are today.

I have outlined the main points from my discussion on Friday with our new CEO. I am very confident that we will be in a far improved position in the next 6 months.....but you....and quite rightly so...want to know the answers today.

I do my research, but I can only go by what I am told. If the results are not forthcoming, then and only then can I judge the authenticity of management.

I am not too proud to take my money off the table, and buy into other quality companies that are also down 80-90%....some of which have a successful track record of delivering growth in earnings, and will pay me a dividend today. However, for my money right now, there is not a better sector that I can think of than where INT are. INT has first mover advantage, with the people, products and technology to be the market leader in this space."

I told you in January that I am not to proud to say I got it wrong, take my loss and sell. Unlike you, I dont stick to your didactic rule of buy low and sell high....because that is not always possible. Some companies never get back, (would you continue to hold BNB at $1 after buying it for $35....I think NOT) You assess the information as and when it comes to hand. I can guarantee you that if Jeff Robertson was still running this company, I would not be holding today.

After being a subtantial top 20 shareholder of BQT Solutions 2 years ago, after meeting with management who till this day say things are just about to happen for them, I sold at a massive loss. But had I held today, I would have lost twice as much.

Yes, the company was on deaths door, but I did some research, and backed that research to be correct. This week has proven to us all that the research was correct. And coming months will provide further basis for that claim. I do not come on HC each day ramping the stock. I was quiet as you say, because there was nothing to discuss...I let management do what they said they would do....I stood back and gave them space.

If only you had given them the same space, your comments along:

"I have to hold" (footer on many of your posts)

"I will give you all a break but when I come back in mid September and the SP is either lower or at the same levels I think you will all have to concede that I was right after all." 10/3/09

"The chances of it ever getting to 2 cents is highly unlikely given that they have nothing on their books, only pure speculation and rhetoric as to all the alleged contracts they have signed"

    And my favorite:

"When and if it ever gets back to what I paid for it - I'm out." 10/3/09

And herein, ladies and gentlemen, I conclude that certain posters wanted to get out for so many months, infact this week had the chance to sell at your buy in price AND above....and you choose to stay in.

Well perhaps now its time for you to change your tune, and admit that you were wrong, and that managment have and are doing a great job.

I am off to the beach. Good Morning to you.

    Kiril.

    I hold.
