Are Acorn out or just below the 5%
I agree, when you see them go you wonder why. But, if one is realistic there is much greater safety in blue chips. Many blue chips offer the chance on 50% to 100% returns over the long term with much less risk than stocks like QHL. True, one good order could add 50% to this in a heartbeat. But when you are managing other peoples money, you need to balance your exposure to the riskier stocks. I suspect - read hope - Acorn and Mac are in this boat.
