The market will be astonished when they see the next quarterly report. The first half of 2020 the av. price received by Grange was AUD$176.75/t, the second half of 2020 the av. price received was AUD$196.77/tonne.
Looking at the 65% fines history graph we see just how much the price has gone up during End Dec 2020 till now.
The average price for 65% iron ore has increased by US$55 -60/tonne since the last half year. The pellet premium has also increased during this time.
With the av. price received 2nd half of 2020 at AUD$196.77/tonne its likely at current prices that Grange will be getting AUD$270 -280/tonne without being overly optimistic.
