I know a little bit about this deal through a mate of mine . What got them most interested was the heart data not back pain as that came after . Surgcenters have a network of cardiologists who were incredibly impressed by the data . 70 percent reduction in heart attacks in stage 2 patients etc . This is the main interest but also the implications for all inflammatory diseases that make them think this might be a platform technology for inflammatory disease . They did a lot of dd using their specialists. assuming fda approvals lots of synergies potentially ....
