Totally agree with #2,Give the money to the people to pay off their homes , no debt, no problem, then people will have $$$$ to spend on the economy, because obviously the Big banks have no idea. All they care about is their bonus's, look how many baNks went broke, give it to the people who spend, not the greedy ones. Start from the bottom up.
