Perth is a perfect example of my point above.
We have a lot of posters from Perth on here.
In 2019 Perth median was around the same as it was at the peak of 2007.
It now looks primed for a reasonable expansion.
I wonder how many property bears took advantage of depressed prices after more than a decade. Or were they "still too expensive"?
Disclaimer, I do not follow the Perth market actively and don't pretend to know any of it's nuances.
