Regent sold 5.4M shares for $1.81M proceeds.
If they held would be currently worth $2.32M ($508k more).
Or if they sold at 49c today, would've netted an extra $832k.
Each to their own but if I was them I wouldn't be selling and I'd be freeing up money elsewhere to participate in the rights issue (and by "I would" I mean "I am"), and I'd be averaging up on-market, and letting Bill ride this for us as high as he wants and hopefully an NST 2.0 (or better would be just fine too).
Opportunities like this don't present themselves too often.
