Given that it is OK to discuss the raising, as per your advice: "as the shares are in a trading halt it is/will be public information before they re-commence trading" ...

Are you able to divulge the terms of the raising? e.g convertible notes, just a plain share issue etc.

There's also usually some kind of extra incentive e.g. options, interest etc. Please specify if possible.
