To change the bit you must do a trip and if the bit was F'd then it would need to be changed.
We have about 4 of em sitting on deck right now...... And I know a driller who has a property near Darwin whose fence posts have worn out bits ontop of many posts.
Very common.
I think for going to PDC bit was more to speed things up before oppie time........... Would suggest to me they are pretty confident to prove whats there rather than rely on speculation to get this over the line to get the rewards from option conversion yeah?????
