Tech/ 30%
Management/70%
Timing 100%
WEC has all 3, too many quick buck salesman in this industry
but WEC seem to be moving in the right direction.
Clean Coal will only be a fraction of the future energy answer but very important econonical,environmental and political.
Also positions them well for future developments and possible takeover.
Good luck to all future energy investors.
