For DEV it's a very positive signal. Inclusive of the the Top 20 holders (who seem to be fairly consistent over the last 24 months) and from the numerous LTH from within this forum alone, I'd assume the brokers and manipulators are trying to crack some weak hands and trying to accumulate as many shares as possible at a cheaper price currently on offer. They well and truly know that shares in this company are very hard to come by due to a tight holding from the majority of shareholders.

They are aware that due to the low SOI and with the multiple potential discoveries only days away, this stock will be nowhere near 20c (my guess being closer to 40c) with any above average announcement very shortly.

My tip: Wilga Downs downhole EM will be the first positive price mover for this stock
