1st to 23rd December: "Nigel is useless..............needs to be replaced by someone who can close a deal"

24th December to end January: "Go Nigel, well done............. fantastic OT etc etc"

1 February to now: "Nigel is useless............needs to close another deal or be replaced by someone who can"

When next OT is signed and announced: "Go Nigel, well done............. fantastic OT etc etc"
