question to occam - is 100mmcft per day the magic number ?

If this is the daily flow rate the consortium need to declare a commercially viable project, is thatt why we need Warro 3 to flow around 5-6 mmcft per day eventually, so that we only need a further 20 odd wells to get that 100 mmcft per day ?

what if Warro stays around 2 mmcft per day, does that mean the required 50 wells is too expense to drill, and therefore the project is not viable ?
