No offence... but if you think that this dividend is stable and to continue at the current rate - you are sorely under informed...
I would suggest reading the current annual & recent half yearly reports to see how the underlying fundamentals of AGLs businesses are changing... this has very little to do with Covid & office air conditioners...
this historical graph shows that April 2020 demand was very close to precovid April 2019 & 2018 levels... following months don't show much difference either.
