My bet would be that MYR won't return JobKeeper monies, and like APE and QAN, will cite the tough conditions for its employees as the reason.
There's no legislative requirement to return it to the ATO/consolidated Federal Government revnue.
That said, with its large profit, there's a legitimate argument that HVN should have returned its sub-$4 million in JobKeeper payments, but it's in a very different position to MYR.
