I always wonder about these types of stocks. They don't have the marketing appeal of an APT and industrial not the flavour. So they say they make no ommittment to disrributions and in fact may put the profits to better use. I am conflicted about whether industrial stocks should not commit to pay dividends and then let tgat underpin share issues for acquisitions and growth. This must be a hard gig if these sort of numbers are ignored by the market.
