CommsecIRESS lists the main shareholders at 28 February 2021. The larger holders includes The Vanguard Group, J P Morgan Chase, Blackrock, UBS Asset Management, JO Hambro, Colonial First State, First Sentier, and so on. Blackrock increased their position by 1% on 11 December 2020. Blackrock is the largest asset manager in the world and have stringent criteria before making investment decisions, including ESG issues.
The larger shareholders have not called a general meeting to replace the Board, so I take it they are satisfied with the management of their funds and direction of the company.
