as a former prosecutor, I expected a better response from Porter
the alleged victim makes detailed allegations described in a 33 page document
surely Porter can address specific allegations in that document
but I do agree with Porter that he should have the chance to at least be formally advised of the allegations, by the alleged victim, her lawyers or the police, rather than have them published in the media
