Hmmm and yet your mates on this forum don't want to apply the presumption of innocence to the former Opposition Leader even though extensive investigations were completed and the Opposition Leader made a public statement like The Attorney General. The matter has continued in forums for years so it would not surprise me if the same happens in this new situation.
