It's not a question of "commercially self-sustaining" for a speculative stock, in a non-commercialised stage of it's lifecycle.

It was a question regarding finances and how the books looked, after this cash injection.

Dilution is part and parcel of investing in a speculative stock, especially biotech.
But, don't worry too much about the loyal shareholders, we don't need a lengthy SPP.
Any of us can buy on market at a similar level to the strike price of $2.30, so there's no need for a costly SPP, in term of time decay and fees.

In general, I don't have any issues with this placement.
US$110m is plentiful, we should get further $$$ from partnership shortly and hence there no need to get more funds than needed.
