Poly never ceaes to amaze me how well read and informed you are, I had no idea there were elections in India let alone they were positive for the mkts, 11% is a large move, do you know why? ie New Govt easing tax on investments etc?
I think it cant hurt and may well create some positive sentiment, notice that a few of the banks etc are going close to neutral
