In time a reasonable entry price may well have been 50c. Someone else said 5c. You make the choice. There is not a stock on the market today that has not been researched as to value than CER. It is all there for anyone to make up their own mind. I just buy on down days and cash out a few on the ups. Three down days in a row means the ups are a day closer.
