In STO's recent capital raising announcement they referred to being in early stages of a possible asset purchase (think it mentioned a few hundred million).
Perhaps a NXS asset?
IMHO, it is poor execution to have a trading suspension continue for this amount of time. It suggests a lack of urgency and decisiveness in resolving the problems faced by the company.
