Making a statement such as "it'll hit 60c today" without any sort of justification is simply ramping up a stock, and technically have the post deleted.

MUMBAI (Reuters) - Shares surged at the open on Monday, triggering circuit breakers that temporarily halted trade after a sweeping election victory for the ruling coalition over the weekend.
The benchmark 30-share BSE index rose 10.73 percent to 13,479.39 points.
The 50-share NSE index jumped 14.48 percent to 4,203.30.
