How do you figure that? there are only 1.65 bill. SOI, nearly every junior @ this end has over a Bill. on issue, plenty @ this end have over 2 bill on issue and have no problems hitting 0.03's, I had been trading OAR and this went easily from 0.005 to 0.03, your argument is Invalid.
Now lets talk about $23 mill. Market Cap instead.
