    Just an alternate view. (note I am pissed at management)..

    Is there a chance that the chip has been demonstrated to possible customers, and for privacy, IP, reasons the company has entered into a NDA?

    with the possibility of an Ann later that AKP has successfully demonstrated the chip to a number of potential customers

    trying to find the positives here
