I’ll simplify it for people. If you are not happy with certain aspects of the company or it’s directors, then don’t invest. I’m all for asking serious questions, but when you keep asking the same question over and over I start to ask why? If you are so concerned, why not just use your common sense and call the directors direct. They will be happy to give you the answers you seek. And if you do choose to do this simple task, you can come back here and inform us all. It’s not uncommon for directors to have other interest. To be frank, I prefer it when they do. As It shows to me they don’t limit themselves to one outcome.
